1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ojk88 operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Members are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from registering.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended ojk88 Account. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ojk88 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order on the ojk88 Platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same entity.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ojk88 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are required to create a unique username and a strong password. ojk88 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols of at least 10 characters in length.
• ojk88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. ojk88 will never request payment in exchange for account creation.
• You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal may be processed. KYC documents may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or other documents as required by our compliance team.
• ojk88 may contact you via the email address or phone number provided during registration for verification, security, and customer service purposes. It is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information on your Account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. The following obligations and conditions apply:

• You must not disclose your username or password to any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent ojk88 customer support. ojk88 staff will never ask for your full password.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ojk88 immediately by contacting our support team. We will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.
• ojk88 will not be liable for any losses — whether of funds, bonuses, or data — resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances on the ojk88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and international cards Visa and Mastercard where available.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5 minutes for local bank transfers under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside ojk88's control.
• ojk88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ojk88 bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your ojk88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Please ensure your identity documents are submitted and approved in advance to avoid delays.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard processing times are within 15 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and 1–3 hours for local bank transfers under normal conditions.
• ojk88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing time.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, ojk88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. The Member will be notified promptly.
• Bonus Balance funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ojk88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesia Independence Day, among others). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement these general Terms.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the Bonus Balance (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus) must be staked on eligible games before the resulting funds become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply per spin or per wager as stated in the promotion-specific terms. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance wallet. The Real Money Balance is staked first unless the Member explicitly selects otherwise. Withdrawals may be requested at any time, but active Bonus Balance funds will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Each bonus is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared addresses constitutes bonus abuse.
• ojk88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus — and to suspend the associated Account — if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of prohibited software, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for any form of compensation other than eligible gameplay on the Platform.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the ojk88 Platform, including Sportsbook, In-Play Betting, ojk88 Casino, Slots, Bandar Ceme (a popular Indonesian card game variant), and togel markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ojk88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: ojk88 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were published due to a manifest error — including human error, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions — regardless of whether the bet has been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by Account tier and market type.
• For sportsbook markets, final settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI, BWF, etc.). ojk88's decision on settlement in disputed cases is final.
• Live / In-Play betting odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not the odds displayed at the moment the selection was made. Network latency may result in marginal differences; ojk88 is not liable for such differences.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game results are final and cannot be reversed. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a bet; the round will be completed and settled at the published result.
• Togel draw results are sourced from official and independently verified draw sources. Any dispute regarding draw results must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the relevant draw time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ojk88 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate odds, or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers or platform pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in card games or live casino tables, including any form of chip dumping in Bandar Ceme or other table games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or any associated systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ojk88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ojk88 Platform — including but not limited to the ojk88 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive property of ojk88 or its licensed suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ojk88.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC (including name, date of birth, address, identity document images, and banking details) is used exclusively for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

11 Limitation of Liability

• ojk88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
• ojk88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) Platform downtime or technical outages; (b) errors in odds or game data caused by third-party data feed suppliers; (c) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or (d) losses sustained as a result of a Member's own betting or gaming decisions.
• In no event shall ojk88's aggregate liability to any single Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit ojk88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Gambling involves financial risk. ojk88 strongly encourages all Members to bet responsibly and within their means. ojk88 accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the Member's Account under the following conditions:

• By the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting ojk88 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any eligible Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• By ojk88 — For Cause: ojk88 may immediately suspend or permanently close any Account — and withhold any balance pending investigation — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
• By ojk88 — Without Cause: ojk88 reserves the right to close any Account with 30 days' written notice without providing a reason, in which case any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member in full.
• Following Account closure (for any reason), these Terms continue to bind both parties with respect to any outstanding claims, disputes, or obligations arising prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

ojk88 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence framework. Members acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across jurisdictions, and it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support team may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments

ojk88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

• For material changes that significantly affect Members' rights or obligations, ojk88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via an in-platform notification.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
